There's no link to version 1.5.6 in the video; everything points to version 1.6.2.

I'm more interested in using version 1.5.6, which doesn't include POWIS.

 

Would xp2esd 1.7 be finished?Or permanently abolished？

 

As I have seen on George King's profile, his last activity is 20th January 2025...
I hope he still works on the project when he has enough time.

 

Will this project support Windows 2000? Windows 2000 has gained Generic NVMe, AHCI and USB3 drivers. But text based setup is problematic. XP2ESD will very useful for this purpose.

 

I have been trying to play a bit around with this project and i can't get the XP starter image to work.
it cant login at the first boot after install and i have tried to modify the SAM after install without any luck.

Is there a known fix for that or do i have to scrap that one from the collection?

@George King Did you have an NTLDR missing error? I have this file on my disk, but the system does not boot.

 

Sets the boot disk to nt5 bootloader activates the boot partition.

 

does anyone happen to know how to fix the bsod error c000021a?, everything works in safe mode

 

But how do I choose an nt5 bootloader? I'm in the box with windows xp and I have an ntldr error

You're talking about UEFI Class 3+, not UEFI Class 3 (without +).
