Interesting how the supreme court document referenced on the first link just disappeared. I for one would like to see the legal documents on this one. On a more relevant note, this should be verified and, if proven not to be FUD (No offence, Imkruzen) then it should be placed into the Serious Discussion forum. If it's true, then this affects us all in a negative way and should be discussed.
