Question: Let's suppose you are going to share an original iso resting in your HDD. You separate or divide it into parts using WinRAR, next thing you do is to upload. On the other end, the people who downloaded it, at the time they put all parts together, the resulting iso is not original?

No I don't want. This is the right moment for you and others to understand this: If the CHECKSUMS/HASH match, the method you used to reconstruct or rebuild the iso, won't matter.
And how are you ever going to verify that the shared/torrented iso is not made by using the patches....? Torrents are also chopped into smaller pieces who get re-assembled by the torrentsoftware.

Just a reminder file names mean nothing without file hashes when downloading via torrents or any other source.
