Transpose Mac/Linux.sh cPDF script for windows

I would like to transpose the following script using cPDF (exists in Windows executable) from my Mac version to a windows .BAT file. It inserts a blank page at the beginning of each .PDF document that it finds any given directory.

Any help gratefully appreciated.
