Timesurfer...you're a saint! Trilogy 4.2 workes like a charm and since you said that it doesn't work for CS online support (connected to internet & without advanced FW settings) Then users probably are opting to use offline. If I may add CS 5.5 Master Collection; (*) New Contents in "localhost" I'd be happy to send you them to add to add/create sticky topic: |CS 5.5 Master Collection | Trilogy 4.2 | Serial | Work online/New localhost | ??? --or-- something to that effect. Cheers!
Still need Keys? If so lemme know and I can send you some. Also I do have a Command File that populates the correct content in localhost if any one is interested.
Your messing with something that isn't broken. ACS5T works fine No need to add entries or IMPROVE anything At extratorrent Trilogy 4.2 has keys
Did recently a clean install of Windows 7 x64, using the MSDN version from your torrent link. Installed IR5 and it rebooted, but did not automatically go into RE, so I had to use my Windows USB to use RE. Used the command in RE and rearmed Windows, no problems there, but I do not want to be forced to use my USB every 6 month. Why wasn't RE preinstalled with my windows and how will I install it?
Hi timesurfer! A quick question only... Is it possible to preinstall Trilogy into Windows 7 DVD sources folder, to install automatically your batch during Windows installation (similat to Windows Loader)? Thank you!
Have never heard of failure to go into RE unless loader is simultaneously used or partition security software like acronis is used which blocks code to reboot into RE automatically Let us know I don't support integration of solutions and software
Not using any loader nor partition security software, installed IR5 the first thing I did. When going to that "mode menu" by pressing F8, "Repair Your Computer" does not appear. Did I miss to check an option during Windows install to have RE available, because it seems not to be preinstalled.
You shouldn't have to press F8 it should just go into RE Not sure what's up the torrent is fine Sorry p.s. Using the install DVD/USB should get you into RE if you can't by normal IR5 means
Yeah that's what I had to do, but I don't want to prepare a Windows USB every time I'm installing IR5. Does IR5 go into RE even if it is not available in mode (F8) menu?
lol... WTF you shouldn't have to "prepare" a Windows USB OMG you should already have a repair disk ready Except when user is using some weird boot software or doing something non-typical all is fine every time Just installed IR5 on random comp and worked fine into RE so maybe redo your install and try again
Wait what, a repair disc? So you're telling me I need a repair disc inserted for IR5 to get into RE? This is basically the same thing as using the USB, since I installed the Windows image in it instead of a disc, and need it to get into RE. Therefore, I must prepare an USB every time I want to use the repair tool, capiche? And no, I can't burn a disc, since my burner is broken.
Ok this is getting out of hand please pay attention! 1. Everyone should have a DVD repair disk or USB repair disk in case they need to "repair" their OS ...lol 2. For whatever reasons you have problem that no one else is having since you "say" that you aren't using partition security software 3. Go find out why your access to RE is prohibited when everyone else has access except 4. Step 3 is your goal and new life mission now 5. Good luck
Noob Qstn Sorry, but I missed something. I just installed Office Home 2010 Trial Version. Then I used Trilogy 4.2 option "B" (Run as Admin) but it says "No Office 2010 VL Detected." I've read some comments here that require removing files from "the library" (etc..) but I'm totally lost. What am I doing wrong? Is there a step-by-step FAQ that assumes no prior experience with Windows file names and locations? Tks.
For IORRT to work, you need to have installed the Office 2010 VL edition. Your Office Home is not available through Volume Licensing agreement. Only Professional Plus and Standard editions are available in VL. quote from Microsoft: I have no idea if the Office Toolkit can convert your home into a VL edition. Cheers.
I believe you're missing my point. First, question, the repair disc need to be inserted for IR5 to access RE? You have still not given a straight answer about that. This isn't described anywhere, not ONE word about repair disc or Windows installation disc in Trilogys "Instructions". And that's my point, I don't want to need to insert something each time I'm going to reinstall IR5. I've already lost like 3 Windows DVDs and I certainly do not want to prepare an USB every 6th month, and I have never, NEVER, needed a repair disc. I'm not liking your attitude either, talking like I'm a fool. I've told you already, I have IR5 installed successfully, but I needed the goddamn Windows image to access the goddamn RE, and I also asked, do I need one each ******* time I reinstall IR5? There's no problem with a stupid partition security software or anything at all, I just want to click a button on my computer when I see "OH, activation is soon out, better reinstall IR5", reboot and done, good day, that's all! I hope I've made it clear enough for you now.
I'll try to explain what TS was trying to explain in as simple a way as possible. Most if not all IR5 installations do not require any extra disks (or anything else) to get boot into RE. TS mentions in point 3 that you need to find out why you need a repair disk/USB to get into RE since this is something specific to your situation. Hope this explains things.
