I just tried that. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to see but it said something like this: License status: First extended period IR5 ready 11-06-2012 12:11:00 It was in Danish, so any irregularities (wording wise), is due to my translation. From what I can tell, it is ready to do what it does, in slightly over 11 hours from now. But I still don't know how many rearms I have left. And for all I know, it could still try to rearm, even if I have none left. So the main question remains. Will reinstalling trilogy at a random time (as in before all rearms are used, if that is the case), do any harm? Or will it simply reset and start over?
Not sure if reinstalling trilogy at a random time will do any harm, i've not had to do it yet. when i press D to check the status it says i have 1 rearm left.
You can reinstall any time you like - and you get, is it 5 rearms. I guess the Danish sentence meant 1 rearm left. You could switch to English.
That interpretation somewhat makes sense to me as well. But it seems that something is not quite right. I just remembered the "slmgr.vbs /dlv" command. Upon entering that, it told me that I have 3 rearms left. So something must be up with either trilogy or the Windows script host -thingy But if I, as you say, can simply reinstall at any time without any issues, I think that might be the best solution. Just to be on the safe side.
As troels said, it can be reinstalled any time. You could uninstall and reinstall it every day if you wanted to! Best thing to do is to uninstall and reinstall, then check the status (D) and it should have reset to 5 rearms.
I have a windows Server 2008 R2 and don't have physical access(just remote access). I Rearmed windows 4 times. and now Rearm count is zero. If I install IR5, Can IR5 reset Rearm count automatically?Or I need physical access to enter to Repair mode? Is there another way for me?
IR5 will boot into RE and you will have to open the command prompt entering C:IR5. On the other hand WAT fix isn't the loader, but does the same thing as the MBR Regeneration Tool. It will do its thing and restart automatically - but of course, there is no guaranty. You might need physical access.
Hey Forgot to uninstall and reinstall before my resets ran out Now not genuine. What program would you reccomend using to reset so that i can be genuine again (using trilogy) Thanks
This isn't good news for me,Is there another way for me?Is there some product keys on internet that I can use them for windows activation? Thanks.
@BoDzor: See post 2280. @petercory: If your BIOS comes with SLIC 2.1 the loader will install only an OEM key and certificate, making you genuine. Other than that I don't know.
Hi Folks! Was the below question ever answered??? I just tried the download and got the same problem...Are "we" doing something wrong? PLEASE HELP!
Unknown. I just tested it and was able to download the file. Perhaps try another browser? I used Firefox.
Any info available on whether Trilogy will be updated soon to handle Adobe CS6 Master Collection. Or if there's any other tool that does the job handling activation for it while also allowing updates installations? I have installed CS6 M/C using (from usenet) MilkMan's version that swaps out atmlib.dll and does the host file entries, however, while the CS6 pgms do work, this version does not allow automatic update checks from within the apps (update checks disabled) and recommends not doing manual updates either as they will likely disable the apps. With CS4 through 5.5 versions, keyg's were available that, along with swapping out the atmlib.dll's also worked with Adobe's updater to download and install all subsequent updates without disabling the apps. So far I haven't been able to locate any keyg's for CS6 Master Collection (e.g. from Core, Xforce, etc).
