Don't know what to make of this. Is there anybody out there that has successfully used IR5 on WHS without modifying the key for ServerHomePremium? If the old key works for some and the new key works for others, then we're back to square one again.
Well the Home Server 2011 ISO's i Have Hash Checks out the same as these MSDN/Technet lastest release which supposed to be the rtm as such unfortunatly i cant install and test them at the moment but the product.ini i posted before was from this install_disc iso, and its official there is a possibility that IR5 works with this, or i think you would see a lot more posts of people moaning it dont work Code: ######### MSDN/TECHNET, Information for - Windows Home Server 2011 ######### Client Restore Disc..: Windows Home Server 2011 (x86 and x64) - CD (English) File Name............: en_client_restore_disc_windows_home_server_2011_x86_x64_cd_658475.iso Date Published (UTC).: 4/5/2011 9:20:57 AM Last Updated (UTC)...: 5/11/2011 3:13:28 PM SHA1.................: 86B6F394B232230D1F9A4097B24757F9A12C7FC4 ISO/CRC..............: BDF9654D Instructions and Resources This disc is not required to install Windows Small Business Server 2011. My Hash checks out with yours. Now I'm going to install WHS 2011 once more (in a VM under Hyper-V) - and we will see. The result of using IR5 is: Product key not found & This copy of Windows is not genuine. And the way back is: uninstall IR5, install modified IR5 (key), disregard message about entering key, change/remove black background - and done.
if your iso hash checks the same as mine then your findings so far must be correct, and the default key must in the .wim or whevever it comes from and we'll have to just change the key in the script for now to this YQXDR key or do it the manual way until a solution is done and the product.ini was sending us all round the twist, oh well, getting a bit closer
hello, I tried to use trilogy with adobe master collection 5.5, but when I chose keys, it has XXXX-XXXX , will I need to wait for an updated version of trilogy? thanks
I did, I followed the instructions, just like in the first post of this thread. Maybe I am missing something.
Listen closely: In my post I have my name timesurfer It is also a link click on it then choose visit homepage This will lead to Trilogy 2.1 unauthorized version with keys It is torrent so use utorrent to dl it
If you're out of rearms you need to run the Office Toolkit's license repair then EZ-Activator to get your rearms back (link in my signature). The only thing that resets rearms is to license repair and activate, and the only way you can activate is KMS. You have to KMS activate after a license repair, uninstall AutoKMS, and install IORRT/AutoRearm.
Done that and working fine, so how long does this stay activate for? The last one I used from these forums activates it again after 180 days, but just ran again each month silently to get me 180 days. Does this one work the same? EDIT: It still says Product not activated :/
Upon reading the first post you'll notice that IORRT enables you to be in infinite trial which gives same appearance/usage as if activated but with no AV/firewall problems
IORRT does not activate Office. It keeps it in trial state forever. See first post for info. Looks like Timesurfer beat me to it.
Ahh, I didn't quite get it. But now I do, thanks So if I use this, how often does it reset the trial?
Via tasks at reboot and daily if comp is left on Tasks run IORRT.bat file in System drive IORRT.bat file restores back up then rearms to set to 30 days All silently automatically This was my answer to any KMS issues as an alternative 2010 solution It works perfectly
Hi everybody. I'm a newbie and english is not my first language so, please, be patient I'm having troubles with IR5; i've installed an Enterprise version of win7 like 2 or 3 weeks ago and this morning a "failed activation" (or something like that...) error appeared. So i went under the system page and only 15 days were remaining. So i went crazy because i'm writing my thesys for the university and i need badly this PC. I surfed the web a bit and i've found this forum..i've installed IR5 but, probably i made a mistake because, the first time i've installed it i didn't went into the prompt to write "C:IR5" So i uninstalled it, reinstalled and followed the instruction. But now there's a problem; under the "system" tab win7 tell me that i've got "3 days until automatic activation" and under that there's the product key that was inside my "version" of win7. If i went to the "status" part of IR5 it say: Name: Windows(R) 7, Enterprise edition License Status: Initial grace period Time remaining: 43200 minute(s) (30 day(s)) Remaining Windows rearm count: 5 IR5 02/06/2011 12:28:00 Ready So, what's going to happen in 3 days? Should i use the "rearm" option asap? Pls, help, my degree depends on this.
