    @Stackoverflow - can you open up a command prompt and type:

    Code:
    schtasks /create /tn "IORRT" /tr "%SystemDrive%\IORRT\IORRT.bat" /sc günlük /mo 1 /ru ""
    and see if you get an error? I'm wondering if for some reason, günlük is not being entered properly because it gets translated/entered wrong during entry. (eg.: timesurfer does not use a Turkish keyboard and for some reason his günlük is not actually günlük even though it looks like it).
