Trying to figure out if a bunch of updates have telemetry or not

    I have a bunch of updates meant for 8.1, and I'm wondering if they might have telemetry or not. I've found a list of what updates have telemetry, these are on it, but I don't have any specifics and people have doubted the list. Are these fine to install or not?

    I've compared KB numbers, and none of them appear to be on the list, so I guess I'll install them.
