Tsforge unlock esu for windows 7 up to 2023 only , to have update up to 2026 you need esu bypass to patch windows update to report we are server 2008r2 Nb 2026 update are only for windows 7 64 bits patched as * server 2008 r2 * Windows 7 32 bits are limited to posready 7 patch ( 2024 ) for security update / for net framework up to 2026 ( because based on server 2008 32bits esu .. ).
Exactly, this is a great addition that makes obsolete - the Loader/SLIC techniques for Windows 7 Ultimate - KMS emulation for Windows Server, Office 2013-2016 (2016 being the last supported on Windows 7) all offline without needing additional files. Questions is, what's better for Office 2019-2024, Ohook or TSforge?
For regular non-LTSC Windows 10, is it recommended to activate windows with HWID and ESU updates with TSforge after?
Ohook is generally recommended, since it can persist through feature upgrades on Windows 11. For Windows 10, both are more or less equivalent.
Hello, Long time lurker here. Years ago I helped out family and friends to run Windows 7 using Daz Loader. Most of these got the free upgrade to Windows 10 and Windows 11. With October fast approaching I thought of trying TSForge to get the ESU updates on those few computers that can't officially be upgraded to W11. I guess we won't know if it will actually work until those ESU updates start coming out? If it doesn't work e.g. if MS somehow blocks it with an update then I'm guessing another option would be to use MAS to convert W10 home or pro to W10 IoT Enterprise? The would seem easier than doing an in place upgrade to W10 LTSC IoT Enterprise. This is all new to me so apologies if I've mucked something up. Regards, Paul
- Home edition does not support Commercial ESU (key-based activation), but it might support Consumer ESU (cloud-license activation) - Windows Update detection (yet to be determined) might not work, but TSforge activated ESU will definitely allow to install updates

I guess in that case one could use the "Change Windows Edition" option in Microsoft Activation Scripts to update from Home to Professional and then use TSforge to get the three years of Commercial ESU?
True. It would be for any friends and family that are already running Home edition and who want to stick with Windows 10 a bit longer. Personally with my 6th and 7th gen computers I used Rufus to install Windows 11. Have had no issues with it.
