You have been warned about these repeated requests for office 2010 support on xp. The developers have repeatedly expressed little interest.
For information, it's been stated many times in this thread, XP and 2003 are over 20 years old. Want to play with it, that's fine and I have no issues you doing so. But developpers of TSForge are not interrested in putting the effort to make it work on 20 years old OS. It's their time and their choice ! Let's respect it ! Also, XP and Server 2003 CAN BE key activated and you can find hundreds of keys on the internet. Don't agree, take the source code and fork it to build a version that will support whatever Windows version you desire... Ever though of looking into activating NT 3.51 or WFWG 3.11
To be exact, XP and beyond always require activation. However, in certain situations (e. g. Volume/Corp. and SLP 1.0 for XP, and OEM:SLP for Vista+), that activation is automatically triggered offline. Windows before XP don't know any online validation and the entered key only had to pass pkeyconfig syntax sanity check (aka valid key) to pass.
i think xp activation, was cracked so hard, so you can install GLVK and block check with host's file and you can use local response decoder, so, why they still asking support for XP ? ------------------------------------------ not enougth? office 2007, come with volume version office 2010 come with volume version too and they have lot of legacy tool's to activate them
We all agree that XP and 2003 was the transition to activation Both had keys that could be used to activate them in some situations like Dark Vador mentioned My only point was that keys are available in hundreds on the internet So he/she/they should stop haressing the developers of TSForge about it That's all Let's not waste any more time on over 20 year old OSes...
Technically, if you recall https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/phone-activation-for-office-2000.89306/ this "feature" was introduced with the LVP edition. But I agree.
@Sajjo - Oops, my bad, should have said vlk for the case of xp volume, not gvlk. Typing too fast without thinking.
Hello there, I write this issue asking if there's a plan to support Microsoft Office 2010 on Windows XP. Being this supported by either of your projects UMSKT. Are there any plans to investigate OSPP-based products? We really appreciate the effort put into TSForge and we are stunned by the amazing capabilities of this project. We love your project. I sincerely hope Office 2010 in XP is supported somewhere in the future.
No, it won't, and opening new accounts after having been banned does not help the issue. @Maddysin = @Lorenzo rippin
