I only have an Ultimate VM, so I'll show that. Business and Enterprise also have phone licenses, so they will work as well. If you really need confirmation, you can make a VM and test it.
Which retail/oem/mak keys can be activated with tsforge's zerocid on Vista/2008 systems? vista ultimate/enterprise/business 2008 r1 standard/enterprise/datacenter
Are there generic keys for those channels? Or just leaked keys (found where?) that can be used? retail/oem/mak keys can be activated with tsforge's zerocid vista ultimate/enterprise/business 2008 r1 standard/enterprise/datacenter
I gave the keys for Server 2008, for Vista you can just install without specifying a key and it will install a generic retail key
Please test vista business/enterprise zerocid Please test zero count(not online activation) mak keys from vista business/enterprise and 2008(non r2) standard/enterprise/datacenter
On Vista it does work on 2008 R1 Datacenter not Firewall is the same on both, on by default, it's straight after install, I installed just VMware tools, 7zip and .net 4 for TSforge Enterprise (en_windows_vista_enterprise_sp2_x86_dvd_342329.iso) is installed as KMS client, not retail so zcid doesn't work, kms4k does work. I haven't tested Business
There's no purpose in testing MAKs, they will have the same behavior as Retail keys. Business seems to come with a Retail key installed. I wasn't able to find a generic Retail key for Enterprise, so kms4k seems to be the best option short of finding another key.
Business (en_windows_vista_business_sp2_x86_dvd_342321.iso) actually is KMS Client too About kms4k, seems to be a superior way to the old KMS-VL-ALL-7.2RC5 way, at least on Vista where no other KMS emulation/solution is supported? Any downsides?
Please test zerocid/kms4k from: vista enterprise n/business n/home premium/home basic web server 2008 r1 hpc server 2008 r1 Storage Server 2008 r1 Small business server 2008 r1 server 2008 r1 without hyperv version (standard/enterprise/datacenter) Please making special tsforge zerocid/kms4k cmd from vista and server 2008(non-r2) all version.
The basic principle from what I understand is, for older or niche Windows versions that aren't supported by MAS or KMS_VL_ALL_AIO : - If there are available Retail, MAK or OEM keys you change to them via slmgr /ipk and activate with TSforge /zcid - If not and there is are only KMS client keys, you activate with TSforge /kms4k On both cases the activation is permanent
