Code: C:\7Work\cmd>dism /Mount-Wim /WimFile:C:\7Work\DVD\sources\install.wim /index:4 /MountDir:C:\7Work\WIM Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 6.1.7600.16385 Error: 87 The mount-wim option is unknown. For more information, refer to the help by running DISM.exe /?. The DISM log file can be found at E:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
hi shadow_shd thanks for your tutorial. BTW,link to download 7Work_x86.7z and 7Work_x64.7z are dead. Please upload again? thanks
There are a way to change the default local Language of the Recovery Tools when you press the F8 key at boot time?
Hey, I got one question. @boot.wim: Should I change the asterisk again? Since im only using Windows 7 Ultimate X86, nothing else, * = 5 then? (same as with install.wim?).
@ Dutchman See BubuXP's tutorial , Apparently it's possible and it is explained at the end of the tutorial... It's necessary to apply the language modifications to the index 1 (winPE environnement ) on boot.wim section ... @Raoul : there is not index 5 in boot.wim i think that * is for optimisation of both index 1 and 2 of boot.wim
hi, whats your mounting/unmounting and dism "add-package" time ? With Windows7 x64 I get something about: Mount install.wim = 10-15sec Dism Add-Package (Language Pack) = 30-40min Unmount install.wim = 1min In Vista64: Mount install.wim: 2-3min Dism Add-Package (Language Pack) = 7min Unmount install.wim = 25min So How can it be ?`I am using the Windows7 DISM x86, the x64 version doesnt work, there is always a corrupt message when I start dism with parameters. But without any parameters dism x64 starts so whats your buidling time ? my PC: Intel i7 @2,8Ghz 4GB DDR3 12000mhz 1600 GB HDD
