Hi, i've bought a tv tuner card that doesn't work in Vista 64.
It's Pinnacle PCTV Tuner Kit for Vista...

Which brand do you recommend, for Vista 32/64, about 100€? : Asus, Avermedia, Conceptronic, Dazzle, Leadtek, Media-Tech, Plextor or PowerColor?

    My graphics card is a gygabite hd4870 1gb Gddr5.

TIA and a Good Christmas for everyone, from Portugal

    ASUS MY Cinema-PS3-100

All asus internal cards work great, I have been using ASUS MY Cinema-PS3-100 about 90€, it works great for Europe, DVB-S, DVB-T; I don't try analog tv and FM( I know that sometimes have problems), I use it for satellite free tv and no problem. Drivers support x64 OK.

Most anything that Hauppauge sells is now Vista x64 compatible. I'm running a PVR-150, along with a Hauppauge HVR1600 dual tuner with analog/atsc/qam. I've had no issues. The only one I'm aware of that doesn't have x64 bit support is the now antiquated PVR-250. If you just want a basic tuner with hardware encoding, it's hard to beat the PVR-150. It is supported natively in Vista (out of the box drivers).

Hi, thanks for all your help.
Hauppage stopped selling here in Portugal, i had one some years ago.
I'm thinking between Asus (Asus FM My Cinema P7131 and Asus My Cinema PE6100 PCI-E or other) and PowerColor (models PCI Hybrid ATI TV Wonder 650 and PowerColor PCI-E Hybrid ATI TV Wonder 600).

I have an Asus P5E Deluxe with one Gigabyte HD4870, what TV Tuner do you suggest, between Asus and PowerColor, and their models, with price between 60-100€? And Vista 64 / 32 / MCE compatible?

Their prices are so equal, except Asus P7131 30€...

    Regards, and Happy New Year!
