    I finally got the built in keyboard to work just had to manually update windows 7 to recognize it. Now I am trying to figure out how to install my graphics drivers from both intel and nvidia then get my wireless network going. this Laptop was designed specifically to only work for windows 10 but there should be a way to modify the drivers to be compatible with windows 7.

    in step 8:
    Code:
    copy UefiSeven bootx64.efi to (HDD)\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\bootmgfw.efi using EFI shell
    after copy, this file name in efi\microsoft\boot is bootx64.efi or rename to bootmgfw.efi???

    Now I am having a problem installing network adapter to my Laptop. anyone know how to fix this?

    I was trying to install Windows 7 on Acer Aspire A114-31, I get red bar on boot P.S. The graphics driver I already integrated and disabled Vga and VgaSave

    Can I use Resizable BAR/SAM/flavor of the month marketing name under Win7 with this?

    hey, morning. i did the steps accordingly but couldn't get past the starting windows screen. at first it instantly shows a black screen after the ' starting windows '. then after i tried booting it in safe mode and the other options and this time the animation appears but still freezes after that. Would love to be able to install win7 on my laptop. It it because of my BIOS? its UEFI only.

    Has anyone tried this with Windows Vista? I want to set up a multi-boot of Vista, 7, 8.1, 10, and 11 on an Acer Aspire A315-21, but to do so, I need UEFI mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
