If you don't mind, could you also check which driver fails to load in safe mode with the untouched iso?

I'm afraid that this is a hardware-specific problem thus out of the scope of UefiSeven, but it might help others with similar problems in the future.

UefiSeven is based off VgaShim so if something doesn't work with UefiSeven it probably wouldn't work with VgaShim either

I think that ahcix64s.sys is amd driver. It was probaly added by integrate7

    I don't think that is needed on Acer E5-476G with i5 8250U (Kabylake-R)

Maybe try removing it from the image. Dism++ might be an easy way to remove it.

Could you maybe help me give a link on how to do that exactly? I've downloaded the software and tinkered with it a little bit but to no avail.

I expect integrate 7 or whatever you used has integrated the amd drivers into:

    boot.wim image 2

    and

into whatever image in install.wim you selected.

In dism++ click "mount image" then browse to boot wim and any empty folder. Or create a new empty folder and call it something sensible - MOUNT will do.

Then select the second image in the dropdown then click OK . Click "open session. Click Drivers in left pane. Select driver to delete, then click delete.

Next click save image. then unmount image.

Do the same for whatever image was updated in install.wim

Create a folder C:\mount and browse to select it.

    Then browse to the boot.wim

Better do DIRECT SAVE for boot.wim so you you don't have to move the boot flag.

You can do Incremental save for your install.wim image

Ugh I didn't think there would be so many differences with different hardwares, I wish I could help but there is little I can do remotely, those logs don't seem to have anything wrong in them.

Flashboot Pro also has their own implementation of VGA emulation, perhaps you could try that... But it is paid software

May I ask which video driver do you use for your UHD 620 for win7? Thanks

Yeah, but my method does not require modding the ISO (except for USB driver) which @reyzafany is having a problem with.

One thing to try would be using my method to deploy UefiSeven instead of original VgaShim.

Tried your way but still the same stuck at starting windows screen.
To be honest I don't think it was the Uefiseven's fault but more like the incompability between uefi boot windows 7 and my laptop. Like the verbose log for Uefiseven is fine and dandy but the problem starts when windows 7 tried to load its driver. I sincerely thank you for the kind answers and helps I received so far.
