I spoilt my MSI mobo due to bad flash but managed to get it working with another fresh copy of the BIOS from MSI's website and a hardware SPI programmer.

Do I need to use any of these tools here to find the MAC address and motherboard S/N in the spoilt BIOS? The MAC address is showing up fine but I am unsure about the S/N

Could UefiPatch be used with Arrandale plateform? My Sony Vpcz1200 had a Core I5-M520 CPU.
How to modify the Supress _if_True pattern to unlock the advanced menu?

    Hello everyone,

if you take out DXE, PEI 32/64 with UEFITool, can you also convert them to source code and compile them back again with a relatively simple method? Does anyone know anything about it?

Is there a way to get UEFI patch functionality back? I am really confused because it seems like this functionality is gone from the UEFITool program. I am trying to patch my MSR and having a really hard time doing it. When I search for "CFG Lock" I come up with about 5 different entries in UEFITool... how do I know which is the correct one?
