I installed office 2010 and tried activating using Toolkit 2.5.2 that was provided together with the downloads. Installed AutoKMS. Clicked on Activate and get this error: Failed to start KMS Emulator! Please see the Application Event Log for additional information. <Product activation failed> ---------------------------------------- Here are some of the thing I have tried: - disabled antivirus - change to TAP adapater - uninstall AutoKMS - reinstall AutoKMS - reboot PC Sorry, I am new to this. I prefer 2010. But if this is too old, don't mind getting a version that works. Thanks.
Thanks for the prompt reply. Here are the results: 1) latest version of Microsoft Toolkit - doesn't work. Same issue. Doesn't with port 1686 as well. 2) KMS_VL_ALL - works. Now I have 180 days activation. Appreciate the help.
