Greetings. I hope I have posted in the right place. If not, pls forgive me. I am trying to activate my Windows 7 Pro installation using Windows loader (have tried all versions with a clean install each time). Every time I install the loader I am prompted to reboot which I do but, Windows will not load. I am then forced to run the repair console and use the bootsect.exe command. Windows will then boot normally but, the activation still shows the 30 day trial. This is the same disc and/or iso file that I have used many many times in the past with no problems. Pls help. Thanks in advance.

PS. This is an original Windows disc and is not OEM.

Edit: I have since noticed that no matter which advance option I choose i.e. disable type 4, 3 memory or even use legacy mode the details line does not say v2.1. I really have no idea where to go from here.
