True, even if I didn't have that issue, I would still use it after trying it, it adds a little iton on the top right of Windows to make you easily move them to the second monitor without dragging them there manually in a split second, very convenient.
Yes I have used it, it's pointless, unnecessary and makes windows look messy with crappy looking buttons added Personally, instead of trying to patch up windows with 3rd party tools, I'd be trying to fix whatever is stopping windows working as it should, you have a bug OP, I'd try to fix it Of course you can drag and maximise windows manually across multiple screens in extended mode when windows is working correctly
