    hi there

i have to install some server with 2012r2
    therefore i have this plan

1.) inject the boot-time driver into the wim (as a precaution i´ve injected them in both images in the boot.wim)
2.) place the other driver on the usb stick so that windows should recognise them and add them automatically

point 1 is done and working. the raid- and the network controller are recognised and working.
but where to put the other driver?
i´ve tried it in \Media\sources\$OEM$\$1\pnp_driver\ but the devices arent recognised automatically. if i choose to update driver and point to this directory it works like a charm.

    what i´m doing wrong?

    thx

If your already integrating drivers into your boot.wim why not include them into your install.wim?

because its possible and probably that i have to update the drivers quite often.
then it would be easier to put them on a stick then to inject them in the install.wim
