    GRTMPFPP_EN is retail, not OEM

Read How To: Create PRO OEM SLP CD sticky to convert it.

I find the VLK to OEM a cleaner conversion, being they both use offline/automatic activation.

Offline activation is more a method of how setup works and not so much how a setup disk is made. Retail offers the cleanest/easiest conversion. Just modify SETUPP.INI and copy over the four OEMBIOS files..Done.
