Quick question. What is better or different NTFS or exT. My 120 SSD was formatted when I installed Windows 10 it is NTFS and I don't see GTP. Can I convert it with Windows installed or not. Thanks
I tried it once, did not see anything special, switched back to NTFS, if you convert, you have to do entire disk I believe, no OS on it, if you switch with OS on it, system won't boot.
Well, I never upgraded on the new laptop, I downgraded to Win7 Pro. The lappy came with Win8 Basic, not sure if was Home edition (if it exists)... That version didn't last longer than 1 week on the laptop
No, it wasn't because of a court order why they stopped the 1 year free offer after .... 1 year (the nagging part) GPT or MBR has nothing to do with NTSF formatting. 8.x never came as Basic, it's called 8.x (with nothing after it) and is flagged as Core. The key that is bought can be illegaly obtained by the seller (wouldn't be the first one). If the key works, just install 10 Pro using the key.
Exactly, Win8 Core, rather Hardcore for me Well, if it doesn't work, I'll return it and get my money back. I don't think though that I will have an issue. Yeah, I won't go through Win8, directly Win10, not going to waste my time there. But first : Backup! Cheers
I really don't get how lobo11 always manages to lead people to other sites when all you need is on MDL?
That one and the one from MDL are in MDL QUICK LINKS in my Sig Would not suprise me if he is activated with HWID from DAZ's loader
Sorry for having to say that, but license keys sold cheap on Amazon are 99% fake (usually from China).
