Josh, I use version 1.6 on Windows Server 2012 and get the next error pop-up when starting UnCleaner: UnCleaner: Critical error on a internal module, please restart the system or contact the developer.
Josh, I installed the 1.6 and replaced it with the 1.7 beta 1 portable version in c:\Program Files\UnCleaner. No more critical errors
I've looked from here and I see a working app with a unmanaged EXE that not needs of .NET Framework to run using the platform. But the size is ~150MB for UnCleaner .. It also works fine in PE Disks that not have any Framework Maybe on a next bigger development I can use this Framework emulation, but is very interesting.
I'll drop the injection model in this time because some incompatibilities with the .NET Offsets that really brick the CLR from reading the assembly in memory. Sorry for the delay again, but I'll do anything to release the v1.7 today.
