In a multi test, this mode have hard optimized the boot time [the OS will load the prefeth configurations every boot ], I not like of Prefeth, is useless for me IMO, and I not use SSD Devices
Yes, I haven't disabled here, the enabled prefeth is essential for the speed-up in the boot time, always, the OS will load NON-CACHED prefeth data every boot, and cleaned by UnCleaner after this, generating other files for the cache on the next and next
You shouldn't wipe out everything, especially layout.ini , it slows down boot in the long run Delete all the *.pf files except NTOSBOOT-B00DFAAD.pf then run rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTask to optimize the layout.ini . After that the user can defrag %homedrive% -b and the boot will be good.
No difference here anyway, I've monitored the exact boot time on the *.pf and *.* clean, the difference is ~03 seconds, I'll see the policies for the prefeth clean here, thanks...
If you wipe out layout.ini then it will get created on the next boot. Then in subsequent reboots it will get optimized. What I mentioned will do most of the optimization by shrinking the layout.ini since the program *.pf files are gone.
Hello Josh, I installed a new computer from a friend and used EZ Office 2010 activator & I had the same problem on mine. In fact, it is not uncleaner, but that is in question EZactivator. I solved the problem with FixShedule. Uncleaner in France has been downloaded 500 times. Thank you to you for the excellent work. @ Soon Wikimack.
Small time, really, I'll try code the version at dawn today, Is hours and hours of tests, compilations, code management...
This new version will preserve the Boot prefeth files, deleting only applications cache, optimizing the logon time
