No panic. I just want to be on the safe side. It doesn't matter much if my system is not activated, I have 120 days and it won't take too long before other OEM keys will be leaked.

I tried "slmgr.vbs /upk" to remove the key, and "slmgr.vbs /rearm" to undo activation, but after rebooting, the status is "activated" again.

Keep it up and you'll end up with a NOT GENUINE system on your hands and you can look forward to a reinstall.

Who knows when (or even if) MS will put out a WGA update to inactivate systems using this key. Just watch when you're doing updates and don't take any WGA updates.

I have not used any loaders, but the SLIC BIOS patch. I want to keep the BIOS so I can reactivate with a new key.
I'm sure there is a way to remove the certificate and the OEM key from the Windows installation, but I don't know how.

@JFMuggs: Sure, it's nothing I need to do NOW, but until then I want to know how.
