Unknown Notification setting

    I wouldn't worry, what harm could it do? It is on my system also, and I upgraded from Windows 10. If you do not want a notification the turn it off. Mine is on, and has been on, and I have never been notified about anything Explorer oriented.

    Same here. Upgraded from windows 7. Now whenever my Utorrents complete any download a sliding banner notifications with sound is displayed. Just turned it OFF
    but i left it as it is.
