Just set the keygen.exe as an exception with your AV and if keygen is in quarantine set it previous location
Too funny! I just activated Datacenter 2008 without a hiccup on the first try. I didn't have to type a diddly. Kudos on a great script. I am trying to install Visio (some of you probably already know why, LOL) and I don't know what to input into the product key dialogue box. I thought there was a post linking the page with the MS product keys in this thread but I seem to have lost it. Finding stuff on the MS website is like carving a Rhino so if someone could link me, I would have time to finish my homework. Nevermind, I found it.
Universal KMS Activator (KMSA 6.0) - Failed Hello, I'm running an MSI 890FXA-GD70 motherboard with 8GB of memory. This is an AMD 890FX based mobo. It has SATA 6 and USB 3 ports. I tried installing W7 using the May 2010 Enterprise release from BIE. It didn't work. It didn't activate. I had tried the BIE release in an NVidia Nforce 4 based mobo and it worked without any difficulties. Seeing that BIE release did not activate, I downloaded KMSA 6.0, inserted the key and localhost information and proceeded to try KMSA 6.0. It did not activated either. I checked and double checked the steps I performed and were correct. I have read that ZWT keygen, for unknown reasons fails to detect some drives. The error I got, seems to confirm this information. The keygen was not found. Since ZWT has not come with a solution, maybe one of our gifted peers can analyze and find a solution. I am willing to work as a tester. Just tell me what files I must download and the steps to take. I am a trained hardware expert with many years of experience. IT has been my profession for many years. Just for the record: I have now modded the BIOS and the OS is properly activated. I thank you for I have learned a lot from you.
First of all you should realy get a clean iso of W7, BIE realeses only cause problems in the future, and second of all nobody so far has either reversed engineer zwt key gen or have the source so updating or fixing it wouldn't really be possible at this point.
chnix Thanks again. Yes, I did find those in my links shortly after moaning about it. Those keys didn't allow me to install Office or Visio, does that mean that I downloaded a non-KMS trial? I used the product key from my trial confirmation email. I noticed that the autoscript from page 18 of this thread looked for Office to activate before I installed it and now that I did install it, it says "no instances found". Should I rearm Visio and try running the script again? Is there an explanation for what I am experiencing? Have I missed something obvious?
Open cmd prompt as admin then paste this and look for kms edition/client then you'll know Code: cscript "%PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft Office\OFFICE14\OSPP.VBS" /dstatus

Hello Friend, I am surprised that it did not work for the Pro Plus trial version. I wonder how many times he tried. I would say one has to at least try 5 times before concluding it does not work. The reason I said this because I used Tuvi123 manual method VIA cmd. Office & Visio were activated by using ZWT keygen. The trick is ZWT keygen must be open before you activate office in the final step. Pro-Plus trial version is Microsoft Office 2010 14.0.4734 whereas RTM is Microsoft Office 2010 14.0.4763. I used both editions with Tuvi123 and Office was activated without problem. I also used @Phazor KMS 2.7 in activating Office 2010 14.0.4763 RTM in my laptop and I have to try 2-3 times before it activates the office.
timesurfer Yes, the server version was old. I have since updated it to sp2. sofatiger51 It is not that the Office software fails to activate, the KMS Activator script doesn't appear to recognize the installation.
Only Volume edition is supported, it will not work on Trial/Retail edition. Use Office Toolkit to convert your trial edition to volume.

The reg file entries are important for the conversion. Instead of going through the conversion, just download a VL copy. I believe timesurfer has sent you some links.
In response to your request Isn't this a clean copy. I saw it had the activators in a folder called BIE in the DVD and this folder is not copied when the OS is installed. Are there any other hacks in the DVD, other than the automated key installation, which is a KMS key? I don't have an x64 regular Enterprise ISO. I have looked everywhere with no luck. Only the evaluation ISO posted in MDL. Can you point me to the link? Best regards
They're might be a bat file that installs them silently or make windows a frankinbuild, the evaluation iso's are the clean ones.
MasterDisaster I used the tool you linked me to convert the RTM to Volume and it seemed to work flawlessly but I didn't do anything to the registry before or since and I am concerned that the first tool I used to try and convert from RTM to VLK might have screwed up the registry. When I looked at that script, it seems to call and write non-existant directories on the host machine but seemingly valid registry points. None of what the script tried to write in the Office folder is there but the registry definitely was changed. I really should have made a copy of my registry before trying it but hindsight is always 20/20. I could just eliminate everything written by that script but I might screw something else up in the process. For the record, everything seems to be working correctly after running the aforementioned script. All software is now at 180 days and counting. I did notice one hiccup, when I open files now, the icons jump slightly. It acts like I am selecting the icon and moving it slightly before opening it. This happened immediately after I used the other script tool with the registry hack and rebooted after a Windows Update so I can't be sure which is responsible. This is my first experience with this software so I don't know what is normal.
