Update BIOS after already flash mod BIOS with SLIC 2.1???

    My mainboard already phlashed mod BIOS with DELL SLIC 2.1 and activated WIN7 sucessfully. Now the mainboard manufacturer release newer BIOS (v1.7 instead of 1.6 has been mod).

    The question is SLIC 2.1 table will be delete if I update new BIOS (v1.7) which is not contain SLIC 2.1 or not?

    unless the new bios has a SLIC 2.1 the current modded bios will be over written and you will loose the DELL 2.1 SLIC.
    what is the reason for the new BIOS release

    How was it modded (what board/BIOS is it)
    You could always get the new BIOS modded same way

    Is that a problem?

    Have a look and see if the update fixes any problems you may have if not don't update it, remember if it is working dont change it!!!

    You should ask yourself a question, do the updates concern you??? Don't update your BIOS for the sake of updating!!!!:confused:
