    Instant BSOD 9013 build - Gigabyte x470 chip. tried to update via device manager "update driver" function. Clean install gave me same BSOD of this driver.

    I'm using this driver since it was posted here with my Gigabyte x470 gaming 7 and everything is fine!

    Mine Win 10 LTSC 1809 x64 and Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming mobo. I have never seen BSOD in my life since Windows XP. :D Weird

    Hi,

    Some OEMs (like ASUS) force some of their notebooks to obtain drivers via Windows Update (even if more recent ones are present), including Extension drivers.

    In this case, let the old DTSX Ultra Extension Driver install from Windows Update take place, and refollow the UPDATE process.

    Why have you delete all msi posts? I see you only post now for Asus but this is not a Asus only thread and you link to rog asus forum.

    Sometimes 3rd party driver programmers get warnings from original vendors so they stop making any more updates for corresponding brands. Its entirely his wish to make or not make updates for any brand because he is giving them for free and you are not paying anything to him.
