Is there any chance to get echo cancellation and other stuff from the realtek driver without installing that "Nahimic" crap? I can't find a way with my Lenovo laptop...

  9. Hi all, have recommendation of good realtek driver that sounds flat? Sometimes the driver sound to bassy, sometime to treblely... i need audio driver that flat, not boosting anything low, mid, or high... thanks

It's not really a driver issue, More of an EQ one. Use the Realtek Audio Console, or better yet Peace Equalizer, which has configurations for many headphones.

Have you tried using the Realtek Audio Console? Also, what options do you have from the sound applet in Control Panel, for your speakers/headphones?

since you need a flat sound though whichever driver you install, that need a processing. i suggest you to use fxsound app from fxsound.com. keep all settings to minimal or whichever way you need. simple. it is free app.
