ofcourse they are official they are WHQL signed by Realtek and Microsoft if you mean did Gigabyte release them? no no they didnt but that doesnt mean a thing Gigabyte just log in to the Realtek FTP server every couple of months grab the latest release from realtek and provide it to end users they dont actually do anything anything that passes the WHQL signing is by its definition official each file is chrypttogaphicly signed to verify its 100% unchanged hence WHQL hence who cares where it came from
