Today after a fresh format i've noticed this: for my GigaByte mobo windows update gives the old 8888.1 UAD drivers. The HSA for the audio control panel is version .238 and i had the .appx package for offline installation (RealtekSemiconductorCorp.RealtekAudioControl_1.20.238.0_neutral_~_dt26b99r8h8gj). This time i forgot to install it and i've noticed that it download and installed an older version of control panel the 1.1.137. So i checked to see what's going on the Store and on the store rg.adguard site shows the installed 1.1.137 and the next one is 1.29.256. Are the ones between removed for some reason and should i install the .238 i have or leave it with the one installed .137?
what kind of Gigabyte mobo are you using, venejo? I also wonder if you left your internet connection open or active cuz I never have this problem on my Gigabyte "GA-78LMT-USB3 R2" board (when doing fresh or clean install of Windows 10 or 11, I don't connect to internet right away; I keep it "offline" until I manually install all of the drivers myself; I don't let Microsoft install them for me).
My mobo is the B460M D3H, i don't have a problem with this driver (i have much newer drivers than this) but I'm just wondering what's goin' on with the MS Store and the Realtek Audio Console versions for the WU driver (8888.1) i get.
