Hi, I have an Asus Apex IX with ALC S1220A. Was able to install Asus version 6.01.8468 from the Asus Apex XI driver repository on Asus Support site. Does that one have this vulnerability? Which one would be best? Maybe the ROG SS3 drivers? Also the Offical Asus drivers are a lot more heavier in bytes than these other drivers. Wonder why? Thanks
This question is bugging me from 2 days that if i set equalizer preference in Realtek manager and also set equalizer in potplayer or winamp on which i play video and music , then output go through processing twice ? On top of these i use fxsound enhancer also and set it to my taste. So is my sound processed 3 times ? Lately i came to know that using 192000 hz studio quality output will increase clarity. I observed the difference really. And also using wasapi output in players.
Here is the switch process : Uninstall your HDA drivers (via Control Panel > Programs and Features or via Settings > Applications) > restart request > Install the UAD drivers (Setup.exe) > restart request > Realtek Audio Control to install (auto/manuel) from Microsoft Store at start.
Hi Guys, I'm a complete noob and I cannot see and actual link to download MoKiChU Drivers, What am I missing? EDIT: NVM, its seems the link wouldn't show up till I posted
@MoKiChU i have a ASUS Strix X570-E when i try Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3) : Drivers : 6.0.8895.1 WHQL [11/02/2020] or Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG-PRIME-TUF RTK) : Drivers : 6.0.8895.1 WHQL [11/02/2020] I cant install Realtek Audio Control get this error Code: 0x803FB005 Is this normal? Can i only use Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) : Drivers : 6.0.8895.1 WHQL [11/02/2020]
@pal1000, I don't upload Realtek Audio Control v1.9.213.0 on github since the filename not contains "ReleaseSign". If you check update in ms store, it still show 1.9.212.0 is the lastest version. If it don't have "ReleaseSign" label, which mean it is not stable and will not shipped with WHQL Final driver.
I have a big bug in the last too driver versions: Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) : Drivers : 6.0.8895.1 WHQL [11/02/2020] Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) : Drivers : 6.0.8892.1 WHQL [11/02/2020] default settings after reinstall complet left side has no bass i use 7.1 but its also on all other 5.1 4.0 2.0 all the same :/ It seems that the bass crossover switch didnt work, it was no effect! When i active crossover and turn subwoofer -10db bass is still on the right side. Roomcorrect also dont work i can turn left side +10db und right side -10db and nothing changed. Must i install Sonic Studio III? Iff install HDA 8787 and one bug is the same that from the speakerconfigration windows and u click there on the speaker its the same bug. All left channels has no bass, somebody has this bug to?
I found out why i am having trouble with realtek latest hda update on win10. Tray icon missing i mean. When i install driver version 6.0.8995.1 and reboot, windows update is trying to install realtek old version 6.0.8603 again silently. When it happens it is removing startup shortcut of tray icon in registry but keeping the latest driver 6.0.8995.1 as it is after reboot. Stupid programming of update method. I just stopped updates in services and group policy. Even when i disconnect internet and installing new driver, windows is waiting till i reboot and start internet and slowly doing this again.
