I've tried the updated driver package and I still cant get rear channel's to work. Problem is I cant do a rollback since a fresh reformat a few days ago and the last driver build ASUS released is 8816 or 8751.
We're not trying to piss you off, we're just trying to figure out why with the last 2 driver build's and going to bat files that we lose the rear channel's.
With another fresh reformat I finally got 5.1 working again, must of been a past audio did not remove since there's no uninstaller besides driverstore
@MoKiChU: Please don't be annoyed! You even give us your leisure on Sundays, for which we are all very grateful. You are not responsible if a user has problems with one of your drivers. You help them as best you can, nothing more is possible. Each user installs these drivers at their own risk. Please think of all the users who follow you. Thank you for all of your effort! Sorry for my bad English. I am German.
I just wanted to please too many people by supporting too many brands, models and scenarios, here and elsewhere, but now I'm going to focus on my original field (and go back to where I come from) : ASUS motherboards.
Thank you for continuing your work under the Asus logo. I own a ASUS Hero XI Mainboard. I will follow you!
Me too, i will follow and appreciate all you work for my ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING. Right now i've installed Realtek_Audio_Driver_V6.0.8895.1_WIN10_64-bit from ROG STRIX Z490-A GAMING and i'll see how will go, original one it's too old.
Could you pass the MSI/Gigabyte driver source to somebody you trust so we can carry getting the newer drivers instead of relying of those that are 3-6 months old at time?
HI MoKiChU, i'm simple user, but i appreciate your work, and for my side, every single release of your realtek driver for gigabyte worked flawlessy here (ga-ab350-gaming 3). Thanks again and please, don't give up!
You are being quite disrespectful to someone who gives you options, didn't you get that? You don't have to install them if they don't wotk for you, just return to the official vendor software & drivers.
Hi everyone, The Third Party DTS APO4x Core SoftwareComponent|SoftwareDevice Driver & DTS APO4x Service SoftwareComponent Driver have been updated. Post updated.
I hope I'm wrong, but that line for me reads "last update post here". If MoKiChu stops posting here, it's a sad turn of events and a loss for this forum. Maybe he'll reconsider, if not thanks for all your contributions and see you on the ROG board. Cheers.
