So for a while I had a driver that worked without any crackles and pops. I have no idea what happened but even that same driver, and doing every step I've done to get rid of it before, it's still there. Even now that I have a dac/amp combo, I thought this problem would be solved. Someone mentioned somewhere that a powered USB hub that powers the dacamp should work? Any actual drivers that are "crackle-free"? I just got Red Dead 2 and I was looking forward to a great experience but the crackling haunts me again... Please help.

Same here. The driver packages have always worked flawlessly for me. I hope MoKiChU reconsiders, I'm sure lots of other people rely on his/her updates as well.

I followed MoKi from the ASUS ROG page to here because I appreciate his (unpaid) dedication to helping us have the best audio experience so much. Since he returned to the ASUS pages, but also contributed here as well, I tended to monitor both sites for any changes. I understand his wishes to focus on the stuff he knows best, but any help he provides is extremely valuable IMHO. I understand how other computer Users feel, because I'd certainly miss him a lot, if he wasn't available anywhere that I knew of.

@MoKiChU, Maybe we all didn't post thanks but that's why you've got over a 1000 likes. Anyway, I know your an ASUS dude, and this is time consuming supporting other brands so good luck too you & thanks...

I'm sorry about your decision. If we'd known you need positive feedback, I'm sure many of us would've sent you tons of it :)

I'll probably hold on to the latest version for a while, then I'll need to find another source. It's a bit inconvenient, but that won't be my first realtek driver source swap.

It's a computer I built using a Gigabyte motherboard. It's old, but I haven't found a good excuse to upgrade yet.

After a couple of frustrating days trying to find a good driver, I just came across this thread which seems to be what I need, only to read that the drivers are no more :(
@MoKiChU can we please have at least the last versions of your driver packages? The links I managed to find are down or deleted.
