    @wilenty Can you rename your Installer to Windows Essential Redist pack containing VC++,F#/J# and DX 9 runtimes as well?
    Now I have to download 2 packs on every new PC I clean/maintain. It will be life-saver after clean install. Just install one pack and you can get everything up and running in a matter of minutes.

    That is another project, done by 3rd party, not everyone might be comfortable with it.

    What about this?

    This "3rd party" is from the most trustworthy and known there is, AND is open-source..

    P.S. Nothing against the program you linked to, I know nothing about it to have any say. But just wanted you to know there is other options available from MDL too (or half options, if you consider Wilenty MDL (or if he himself considers himself that :)))

    It does replace it, regardless of what WU offer

    Win8 update is already included in the new repack
