Good luck all, confirmed kms server is up 9:28AM Hawaiian time. just went from 171 days to 180 heh

 

Thanks to all involved, I have renewed my main machine to 180 days and installed a new one today

 

Windows 8 Enterprise x64 activated until 21.03.2013 on server 147.134.1.42 . Activation time 22.10. I'm from italy

working great in India.. just activated Enterpise N.
can any1 please help me with how to back up my activation and if there is some SW, where can i find it?

 

There's software on the forums, but if you prefer the manual method just make a backup of C:\Windows\System32\spp\store

So I install a new editon (Entrpsie x64) and it work!

my win8 is activated but i still cant use store or the metro apps..
when i open them they launch and then crash away.!

 

refer to message #930. This guy had the same issues as you. He solved them but I don't know, what he did. Simply ask if he reinstalled or how he found an appropriate solution

 

Hell yeah, just activated win8 pro x64 (downloaded from the win repository thread torrent link) with the busykid508 serverlist.

 

i think he reinstalled his copy.. i dont want to do that cause i dont have enough backup space..

 

this is what I guess as well. But what are you willing to do? wait until it solves itself? You seemingly have a bug in your system which does not disappear by itself. Try to back up the most important things to anywhere and make a fresh install and you are done

 

well that did occur to me but i have been living with these bugs from a long time now.

Its almost 17 Hours and the server is still running. Thanks to the owner of this server hundreds of machines have been activated for 180 days.
