I did follow the instructions to the hilt, yet I ended up getting the "no kms could be contacted" error, and hence I posted. I've read through almost the entire thread, but nothing seems to be working. Any help would be much appreciated Win8 Enterprise x64

No need to put the port number. It will select this default port automatically. If there is any change in port other than the default port, then only u need to input the port number
I put it there because when I did it without the port I got the error. So just to be safe I put it there and it has always worked since then. Just to be on the safe side
Dear everyone, before asking for KMS IP or complaining that it does not work. Please make sure you uninstall any type of hacktavations you might have installed in the past. These mess up the files that are used for activation and thus will not allow you to activate.
just activated my win 8 pro(again) from the aforementioned kms server.so its still working.also guys dont forget to backup your activations.also to those people who are having problems with their metro apps,its most probably your gpu driver.For nvidianly the latest 306.23 driver from nvidia incorporates support for win 7 and win8 so update to this driver.as i dnt have an amd gpu,i dont knw about their gpu's but the safest bet will be the latest drivers.
Hello new folks, It would be good to read the thread carefully before asking for PMs of the KMS server. It is all there in previous posts, just read carefully.
Read my post above. STOP POSTING posts asking if KMS is still up!!!! If the KMS is down you will see from many "High Ranking" people saying that it is down. Till then its up. As for how to do it, READ the thread!!!!!
