I have a unmodified Precision M6500 restore .WIM file but it's got all sorts of bloatware from Dell in it and outdated drivers, is there a way I can remove things like Nvidia drivers from it?

Bonus question: how can I update a vanilla Win7 .WIM to SP1 and update it afterwards without installing?
