Why? When upgrading to normal enterprise all can be kept. Only needs to be 1809 enterprise to be able to inplace upgrade to LTSC with the ability too keep all files and apps.
Btw I hate you for setting the bar higher for replies I had to download 7sp1 iso and 1809 rtm esd, plus esd to iso plus setup 7 vm for the above post on my potato 5400 rpm hdd - a 1tb seagate originally from an xbox one (that just so happens to be a hwid killer on my system, unlike 3 other hdd's I've used fine) Seriously now, you must be a very wealthy person to afford not sparing any effort in all of your windows posts.
