In my case GWX tray icon wouldn't show until I opted in to CEIP... Event Viewer>> expand Microsoft>Windows>GWX-Ins/Operational error message:
    Code:
GWX CompatLib: Failed to retrieve CEIP markers
    Appraiser pre-req failed
After opt-in to CEIP "appraiser" checks for add'l reqs & finally launch Icon

I got it working! Zeblade was kind enough to send me a .bat file that made it pop up on both of my systems!

My question is for those of us with multiple computers, did you use the same email address when registering? Or does that even matter?

Is it so difficult to understand what GabeAul told: that the same user could have multiple installations and activation of Windows 10 regarding to the legit Licenses he own! Means: if you've 5 computers with Windows 8.1 of Windows 7 SP1 installed and licensed, you could freely upgrade those 5 computers to the corresponding versions of Windows 10!

    Easy, isn't it?
