i patched 26220.8370.260506-0843.GE_RELEASE_SVC_BETAFLT_PROD1_CLIENTMULTI_X64FRE_EN-US.iso using your Upgrade_Enabler_Tool_v2.1_b5 and got 26220.8370.260506-0843.GE_RELEASE_SVC_BETAFLT_PROD1_CLIENTMULTI_X64FRE_EN-US_FIXED_Upgrade_Matrix_2026_06_02.iso but when I run setup.exe i got that screen any solution for this
= very beta and known issues with these is that upgrading is a bugger. What exact build and language is the install you are upgrading? Whas the used ISO for that install a multilingual ISO or did you add any language to the install?
my current setup is : Edition Windows 11 Enterprise Insider Preview Version 25H2 Installed on 5/14/2026 Evaluation expires on 8/12/2026 12:09 AM OS build 26220.8370 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.370.0 and i am trying to do in-place upgrade to fix some of the issue i have like windows update and store is broken and cant install any application or neither do the update i dont want to loose the files and applications that i have currently installed
Insider builds that are based on Enablement Package are known to get version detection glitches for in-place upgrade the setup is detecting your OS as 26100, or the other way around
so any suggestion of what i can do? i dont want to loose the files and applications that i have currently installed
i tried to download that version from uup dump and convert it to enterprise version and running setup file from there but keep files and other options are greyed out/cant select do i need to convert that iso with "UpgradeMatrix.xml FiX Tool"
I asked the same question but have gotten no solutions. It appears it's a difficult issue to solve and more rare than usual.

I did tell you what exact tool you can try in one of my first replies, it IS the subject of this thread. This is why i asked you to not post in different threads... Another thing is that you seem to jump all around with new attempts, the screenshot above also is a mystery to me, the message is not expected, nor the info at the bottom about registering something.
