I have been using windows 7 ultimate for 3 years using extreme loader 2.00.Recently my new antivirus GDATA 2014 detected and placed Extreme loader in quarntine. And won't release it.So I have ordered a copy of windows 8 and wonder if I have to uninstall 7 first or can I upgrade or should I do a clean install?
    $50+.

Well, you wouldn't have legit activation files from any loader-based upgrade.
That could cause weird errors in the background that slow down your system.
A lot of people aren't aware that there are often errors going on all the time that don't bring any sort of warning UI.
You can view these things using eventvwr.msc

Given that you were using a loader, I'd say your only legit option would be a fresh install.
Windows 8.1 rtm is now available on MSDN, and it's the same file as the english WZT leaks.
You can install Windows 8.1 using the default install key, then change to your legit key after install using the following 2 commands:

    "SLUI 3" (changes key)
    SLMGR /ATO (activates online)

If you change hardware in the future, instead of using the SLMGR line, you can use phone activation (SLUI 4)
