My desktop I upgraded with the Windows Store option. My notebook I upgraded with the ISO, and with both I didnĀ“t have any problem.

    I tried it...
Windows PE (installer) says: "This product key didn't work. Check it and try again." :D

Ok..now i think i got it ....Just to confirm...
    1. I need to double click the downloaded ISO to create a virual drive in system running Windows 8 Enterprise RTM and MAK Activated.
    2. Then i need to open the Sources folder in the ISO
    3. Then i need to start the installation by double clicking the setup.exe just between segoeui and setupcompat.dll

Are the above procedures right? please help me out.

And after installation what to do? I mean i would need to activate over internet or it will be activated with my previous installed key?

Thanks a lot Faikee...i didn't knew that there is Windows 8.1 Preview Enterprise version which didn't get released till now..Thanks for your valuable help. I think i should wait. Its a headache everytime to re-install OS and the other essential softwares. But many here are complaining about system crash etc. It's 2 days and is running perfectly OK in my system...maybe its unsupported hardware which leads to the problems...Thanks again!!! :)

You have to use the given key to upgrade to Windows 8.1, and also be connected to the internet. Because the key is online checked.
