I wouldn't worry at all. If it stops working Windows just won't be activated. I always run EZ Activator on MTK, and never had a problem.
I don't think so. I installed an insider build in Hyper-V, activated it with MTK using the EZ Activator button. I then upgraded to the next build. I was testing a program I wrote. The activation stuck.
The HWID's i've generated at july 2015 (generated with pre-release of 10240, all systems are on 14393 by now) still all work. HWID's still can be established by upgrading or generating a genuineticket. KMS activations also all work (when not, use a current version).
Thanks for that. I upgraded my Home to Pro via MTK to use Hyper-V and the domain features on my home network. I just wanted to get an idea how much I need to be worried about loosing that activation in the future. I backed up my Home activation via MTK, just in case, but I've never used it to restore, so I'm just trying to cover my bases ahead of time.
MKT activation is valid for 180 days. When installing with the tool kit, a schedules tasks is created to renew the activation, so you don't have to worry about. If you prefer, you can use a customized scheduled task (on my pc, i use a task scheduled once a week).
