    Hello.
I had windows 7 ultimate activated by Daz.
Then I used Media Creation tool to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.
After upgrading, My Computer properties showing Windows Activated.
Now, my question is, is there any remaining thing I need to do?
    Thanks.

You're good to go as is but you can convert your local account to an MS account for a permanent digital HWID that can be transferred to another computer.

So you mean if I change my Hardware, I can use same MS account?

Yes as long as it's the same edition of Windows 10 you can use the activation troubleshooter to transfer your license to the new hardware.

    Okay. Here is the situation.
I have Desktop computer where windows 7 is upgraded to windows 10 and Windows 10 looks activated (due to daz in previous windows 7).
So, now, I have a laptop where I have created some virtual machines like Redhat Linux and Windows 10.
Now, If i want to activate this virtual Windows 10 in Virtual machine in laptop, then should I use same MS account that I used in Desktop computer so that It will activate Virtual windows 10 also?

You should not use the activation from a real machine on a VM (in the past we have seen that after activating the vm with the msa, the other machine is no longer activated), there are hwid tools that can be used (not to be discussed on MDL), or generate a new hwid on the used vm.

Thanks. How do I generate new hwid? Does KMS Spico do it?

I want to ask you one more question guys.

Let's say if want to fresh install Windows 10 on same machine, do i need to first create MS account so that next time when i do fresh install, it can activate it automatically when i put ms account details while installing. But does it activate it automatically if I put MS account details while fresh install?

As long as it is the same machine, no MSA link is needed, the HWID is saved for that system.

It does when it checks online at the activation servers.

As soon as you reinstall the oemret windows edition, you created the hwid for*, and didn't change the key, it will pick up the hwid from the servers when online.

*Home, Home N, Pro and Pro N.

During the upgrade a check is done and if all is correct a genuineticket.xml (contains all hardware related specifics of the machine so is like a fingerprint and unique) is created. When the ticket gets applied and the Digital License is granted the info is stored at MS activation servers. From that point on it only needs online contact to verify the license.
