I have 2 flashdrives-they both 32 Gb space in size. I have them both formatted as FAT32. I also have a flashdrive that is 64GB in size formatted in FAT32. The ones that are 32 GB in size work fine on my amazon fire tablet and I can watch video on it fine. When I use the flashdrive that is 64 GB in size it says unsupported storage : the file system or size of your external device is not supported.

Is there a maximum size file system that can be used on a FAT32 usb flashdrive with size of 64GB? If yes what is the maximum size?

    TIA

FAT32 size limit is 2TB so you are still well below the max size. You can try exFAT, perhaps your tablet is capable of reading/writing on it

I usually don't answer on android forums, but here goes.

If you formatted your 64gb stick in windows, it was probably in exfat, thus the incompatibility with the tablet. Windows formats all drives up to 32gb to fat32 and to exfat anything bigger than that. So, get a proper partitioning/formatting tool and format it to anything you like :)

chinese fake stick check under windows if the same, you have the answer
I have card has 1T inscription and that's Windows and every system shows and in reality it is 60gb above 60gb systems still copy files but damaged (under every system you will not open them, unfortunately
up to 60 gb is ok and the files opening

You probably have the same (the inscription 60gb and & fact the card has maybe 10gb - 1gb or or even less
