I have a very good USB microscope that runs all windows since XP, but it will work on win 11! Has anyone been successful in doing so?

I use such a USB Microscope on windows 10 Pro and 11 Pro with no problems! No extra drivers were ever needed for booth OSes.

If you have a special Driver for yours, I would suggest setting that driver to run in Compatibility Mode>

Based on this information, no one can provide any information.
It is still necessary to know exactly what the system is.
Provide accurate raw data before anyone can do anything and/or research and tell something at all.
Of course, it would be nice if you could also tell us what you really want to do, what kind of computer you want to connect it to, whether it needs any special driver or drivers, can it be connected with USB2, USB3 and so on.
What is this "very good USB microscope", what it's type? Some data?

    @jack-armstrong

I make it a bit more easy for you. Just copy and paste my questions and answer as much as you can.

Else your thread doesnt even makes much sense.

I will explain it to you later.

"My very good mouse doesnt work in Windows 11. Why ?"
"My very good Card Reader doesnt work in Windows 11.Why ?"
"My very good (3D) printer doesnt work in Windows 11. Why ?"

How would one answer such questions ? Right, it is impossible and I really hope you have understood that by now.

Now, please, tell us a bit about your current computer specifications 1st.
Motherboard, CPU, Graphics Card, additional USB devices etc.

Then tell us about the computers you used before, where the "very good microscope" worked with.
Motherboard, CPU, Graphics Card, additional USB devices etc.

Then lets head over to some other informations, which are needed as well :

1.) Which Windows 11 do you use exactly ? Home ? Pro ? SE ?
2.) Which Microscope model do you use ? Revision ?
3.) Which drivers do you use ?
4.) Did you already try different drivers ?
5.) Which software are you using to work with your "very good microscope" ?
6.) Did you already google for alternatives ? Different software for other "good microsopes" ?
7.) What else did you already try, before other users ask those specific questions ?

You see how this looks right ? :)

"My very good device doesnt work in Windows 11, did anyone else succeed ?"
