USB not working/starting

    The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
    BdfNdisf

    is this maybe the cause for not showing my usb connection? external drives + usb?

    + i get this constantly

    Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued.

    or this

    The Windows Update service did not shut down properly after receiving a preshutdown control.

    google is all over the place but here goes..do you have bitdefender installed?

    and check motherboard website for latest bios. I atleast know they are two separate issues

    bitdefender no + already have latest bios and all...i'll might try cloning to other ssd and see or fresh install on new ssd.

    Use Device Manager to scan for hardware changes. After your computer scans for hardware changes, it might recognize the USB device that is connected to the USB port so that you can use the device.
